Summer Photography Academy – Ahtopol 2023

The fourth edition of the Summer Photography Academy was held in the period 1–8 September 2023 at the Creative Activities Base (the Greek School) of the National Academy of Art in the town of Ahtopol. It was attended by teachers, students, doctoral students and alumni from different departments at the National Academy of Art, as well as foreign participants, including students from the Academy of Arts and Culture in the city of Osijek, Croatia. The project is initiated and administered by the teaching staff of the Master's degree programme in Photography at the with project manager Assoc. Prof. Ivan Kyuranov PhD, teacher at the Department of History of Art at the National Academy of Art.
Every day, workshops/practicums were held along with discussions and lectures given by the doctoral students and the teachers of the Master's degree programme in Photography and from the Department of History of Art, with the participation of colleagues from the Academy of Arts and Culture in Osijek, Croatia.
