THE LAST 10 is the title of a traveling painting exhibition, presenting the achievements of students from the Department of Painting at the National Academy of Art in Sofia and its Branch in Burgas over the last 10 years. The exhibition aims to present the talent of young artists, some of whom have already graduated, others are current students pursuing the Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes at the department. Each of the heads of the Painting ateliers at the Academy – Prof. Kiril Bozhkov, PhD, Prof. Zdravka Vasileva, PhD, Prof. Bozhidar Boyadzhiev and Ch. Asst. Prof. Yulian Stankulov, PhD, and Ch. Asst. Prof. Zhivka Marinova, PhD – selects five students, whose works will be presented in the exhibition The Last 10. Among them will be presented works by students of Prof. Andrey Daniel.
Open discussions will be organised within the framework of the exhibition – the history of the Academy and the Department of Painting, the opportunities for professional development, aiming to present the advantages of education at the Academy, its importance and its influence in building the cultural image of Bulgaria from since the first years of its existence to the present day.

The project "The Last 10" is funded within the frame of the 2024 and 2025 Competitions for Funding Projects on the Scientific Research and Artistic Activities at the National Academy of Art.
