The National Academy of Art participated in the Panorama of Higher Education in the town of Kazanlak

On 25 March 2026, the National Academy of Art participated with own expo stand in the Panorama of Higher Education in the town of Kazanlak. The educational forum, organised by the Department of Education and Social Activities of Kazanlak Municipality, was attended by 20 Bulgarian universities, which presented their programmes to future students. The exhibition was officially opened by the Mayor of Kazanlak, Ms Galina Stoyanova.
The Academy was represented by Ch. Asst. Prof. Diana Vassileva, PhD, from the Department of Industrial Design, Asst. Prof. Yordan Velkov from the Department of Painting, and Yavor Kondov, PR Senior Expert. They held meetings with high school students from Kazanlak and the region, their parents and teachers to present the features of the various academic specialities at the National Academy of Art, the admission requirements, courses and consultations for applicants, and the realisation prospects offered by the training in the oldest education institution for preparing professional artists in Bulgaria. During the forum, the programme for the upcoming Open House Days at the National Academy of Art, which will be held from 30 March to 1 April in Sofia, and from 1st to 3rd of April in the Burgas Branch, was also presented.
