The Polish master of glass art Prof. Kazimierz Pawlak visited the Branch of the National Academy of Art in the city of Burgas

On 19 March at the National Academy of Art – Burgas Branch, the Director of the Branch Prof. Svetozar Benchev welcomed the Polish master of art glass Prof. Kazimierz Pawlak, teacher at the Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw, Poland, and Assoc. Prof. Elizar Milev, PhD, teacher in the Sub-Department of Porcelain and Glass Design at the National Academy of Art. Prof. Pawlak's visit took place at the invitation of the Centre for Preservation and Development of Bulgarian Traditional Applied Arts. Prof. Pawlak visited the study premises at the Academy's Branch in Burgas, located in the Congress Center – Burgas, the Printmaking Base in the city, and the Center for Contemporary Art and Library – Burgas.

 

On 21 March 2024, Thursday, at 2:00 pm, at the Faculty of Applied Arts and Design, 100 G.M. Dimitrov Blvd in Sofia, Prof. Kazimierz Pawlak will give a lecture on Polish glass art and his artistic work.
