From 7th to 11th of October 2025, the sixth edition of the Festival of Young People in Art “The Deep Blue Sea” will be held in the city of Burgas.
The initiative aims to create an aesthetic environment, forming a kind of centre for the arts in the area of the Branch of the National Academy of Art in Burgas. The festival provides for the exchange of artistic practices between young and established artists, between the visual arts, cinema, music and literature.
The organiser is the National Academy of Art – Burgas Branch, in partnership with the Municipality of Burgas, DAS Marina Burgas Hotel and Todor Atanassov Printmaking Base. The project manager is Prof. Svetozar Benchev, Director of the National Academy of Art – Burgas Branch.
The project "Festival of Young People in Art THE DEEP BLUE SEA – Burgas, 2025" is funded by the Municipality of Burgas and the 2025 Competition for Funding Projects on the Scientific Research and Artistic Activities at the National Academy of Art.
