This edition of Art and Critique is the result of the idea of the editorial staff to give each specialty at NAA the opportunity to analyze and present the typical and important processes taking place in the field of visual arts.

The specialized issues are an opportunity for lecturers and graduate students from the departments to develop their own views and those generated by their work and communicate with students.

The thematic issues of Art and Critique are natural areas for scientific and critical articles that reflect and define valuable artistic works, picking  them out from the jumble of contemporary culture.

Issue 5 is a continuation of the traditions in the theory of graphic design and font size set in Poster and Visual Communication department by the doyens of the specialty Professor Alexandar Poplilov and Professor Vasil Yonchev.
