ST PIMEN ZOGRAFSKI–NATIONAL ACADEMY OF ART FOUNDATION
 
Established in 2006, the Foundation aims to support and finance the development of visual arts and design, and to promote the successful realisation of talented artists in their professional field. Among its priorities are projects related to improving the quality of the educational process and of the qualifications training provided to students and faculty members at the National Academy of Art, to the expansion and renovation of the Academy's buildings, Museum and Library collections, to the organising of symposia, exhibitions, workshops and other forums, which reflect the dynamics of the artistic and creative processes.

Summer Asademy for Children and School Students
 
A long-term educational project of St Pimen Zografski–National Academy of Art Foundation and the National Academy of Art, intended for children aged 5 to 15 years. Classes are held every weekday in the month of August in the ateliers and in the courtyard of the National Academy of Art in Sofia and in July in National Academy of Art – Burgas Branch. The young artists draw, paint, experiment, and have fun in creative ateliers under the care and guidance of Bachelor's and Master's degree students (pursuing various academic specialty programmes at the National Academy of Art, who have completed the second specialty "Theory and Practice of Art Education"). The Summer Academy activities include happenings, plein airs, art excursions, visits to galleries and museums, and many more. Programme module "Together" provides opportunity to disadvantaged children to participate in the creative activities under the supervision of students pursuing the Master's degree programme in Art Therapy.
