In 2023, Between Dream and Reality is the theme of the annual fashion show traditionally organised by the Department of Fashion Design.

The main global trends are related to the post-COVID reality, hope, future, imaginary hypothetical worlds we can create in a moment of isolation, surreal references, the modern "wild" world, which is evolving technologically and spiritually. After the last three years, "future" is a relative term, which brings uncertainty but also hope. However, this stagnation is creating the conditions for introspection and transformation of the creative energy.

Participants in the show are all Fashion Design graduates and first-, second- and third-year students at the National Academy of Art.
