Exhibition of Certified BA Degree Graduates

On Jully 03 at 18:00 h, was formally inaugurated the annual exhibition of BA Degree Graduate from the Academy. On two floors in UBA graduates presented their works and projects.
The exhibition was opened in the presence of the Rector of the National Academy Prof. Svetoslav Kokalov, Prof. Desislava Mincheva  Member of the Executive Bureau of the UBA, Head of PR, International Relations and Newsletter, Ms. Maria Rousseva  Deputy CEO of Societe Generale Expressbank, Mr. Martin Zaimov  Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Societe Generale Expressbank, the Deans of the Faculty of Fine Arts and the Faculty of Applied Arts, lecturers, students and guests.
Ms. Maria Rousseva announce the names of the winners of the competition for the best graduation project, organized by the National Academy of Art and Societe Generale Expressbank and nominees to participate in the Summer Academy Wittgenstein House  Vienna. The winners received certificates from Societe Generale Expressbank.
Grand Prize (prize surrender in favor of the collection of Societe Generale Expressbank) of 1500 lev won Nikola Rumenov Ivanov in “Graphics”.
Equivalent awards in the amount of 400 Levs:
1. Hristo Emilov Antonov, in “Woodcarving”, Faculty of Applied Arts.
2. Elemag Georgiev Georgiev, in “ Porcelain and Glass Design”, Faculty of Applied Arts.
3. Maria Gencheva Nalbantova in “Book and Printed Graphics”, Faculty of Fine Arts.
4. Yulian Anatolieva Stankulov, “Painting”, Faculty of Fine Arts.

The annual exhibition of BA Degree Graduates is one of the most important and prestigious events of the National Academy of Art, not only because of the unique assignments and projects of the students, but also because it was their first encounter with the audience as graduate artists and designers.
Exhibition continues until July 12, 2013.
