Holiday concert of Saint Paraskeva Academic Choir at the National Academy of Art

Saint Paraskeva Academic Choir at the National Academy of Art, with conductor Dr. Galina Lukanova, will perform a festive concert on the occasion of the 24th of May – Day of the Holy Brothers Cyril and Methodius, Bulgarian alphabet, education and culture, and of Slavic literature. The concert programme will feature emblematic works by the composers Panayot Pipkov, Dobri Hristov, Petko Staynov, Todor Popov, and Filip Kutev.
In April 2024, the choir had a solo concert in the Iron Church – Saint Stephen’s Orthodox Church – in Istanbul, Turkey. The event was held with the assistance of the Consulate General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Istanbul and the Bulgarian Exarchy Foundation.
