Lecture by Prof. Dr. Velichka Minkova at the Burgas Branch of the National Academy of Art

On 6 March 2023 (Mon), Prof. Dr. Velichka Minkova will give a lecture on Combinatorics at the Burgas Branch of the National Academy of Art. The event will start at 4:00 pm in Lecture Hall 2, Magazia 1, Burgas Port Complex.
Prof. Dr. Velichka Minkova will tell more about combinatorics – essence, specifics, methods and application in visual arts. The event is being held with the support of the Student Council at the National Academy of Art.
Velichka Georgieva Minkova (b. 1971, Sofia) graduated from the National Academy of Art in 1994 with a degree in Design for Children's Environment. Until 1998, she worked at the National Centre for Design, and subsequently for a private agency. Velichka Minkova holds the award for best sign and typeface from V Exhibition ADVERTISING – EXPO 95. She participated in numerous annual winery exhibitions (Winery 1999; 2000; 2001; 2002) and design exhibitions. She is member of the Association for Design and Advertising; participates in scientific conferences; her interests are focused on structural combinatorics and its application in the design process and art education in schools.
