Opening of the new study premises of the Department of Printmaking in Burgas

On 18 June 2021, in the Centre for Contemporary Art and Library in Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov, Mayor of Burgas, and Prof. Maria Neykova, Governor of Burgas District, opened with an official ceremony and consecration the new study premises of the Department of Printmaking at the Burgas Branch of the National Academy of Art.

 

The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dimo ​​Kolibarov - Director of the Burgas Branch and lecturer at the Department of Printmaking, Prof. Svetozar Benchev - Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Ms Diana Savateva - Deputy Mayor of Burgas Municipality, Lyudmila Kutieva - Director of the Cultural Centre Sea Casino, teachers and students.

 

Assoc. Prof. Dimo ​​Kolibarov presented to the audience the opportunities, which the new printmaking facility can provide for the students at the Burgas Branch of the National Academy of Art.
