Postal and philatelic issue on 125 years of National Academy of Art was validated at the National Academy of Art

On 13 December 2021, at Academia Gallery of the National Academy of Art, the "125 years of National Academy of Art" postage stamp with a vignette and a special postmark was officially launched. The new postal and philatelic issue has a print run of 5,000 and nominal value of BGN 1,00.
Petar Chuchuligov, the art project creator, was selected as the winner through an anonymous competition, organised by the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications.
Prof. Georgi Iankov, Rector of the National Academy of Art, Mr Deyan Daneshki, CEO of Bulgarian Posts, and Petar Chuchuligov, the project creator, participated in the validation ceremony.
