THE LAST 10 is a travelling painting exhibition, which is presenting the achievements of Painting students at the National Academy of Art in Sofia and its branch in Burgas over the last 10 years. The objectives are to demonstrate the talent of young artists, who either have already graduated or are current students pursuing the Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes at the Department of Painting. Each of the Painting ateliers leaders – Prof. Kiril Bozhkov, PhD, Prof. Zdravka Vassileva, PhD, Prof. Bozhidar Boyadzhiev, Ch. Asst. Prof. Yulian Stankulov, PhD, and Ch. Asst. Prof. Zhivka Marinova, PhD, has selected five students whose works to be presented in THE LAST 10 exhibition. Included are also works by students of Prof. Andrey Daniel.
 
Open talks on the history of the Academy and the Department of Painting, and the opportunities for professional development will take place during the expositions running time, as the aim is to present the advantages of the education offered at the Academy, and its significance for and impact on the process of building the cultural image of Bulgaria since the founding of the Academy to present day.
