The Rector of NAA Prof. Nikolay Drachev was a member of the delegation led by Vezhdy Rashidov, the Minister of Culture in resignation, in Edirne. The visit was realised at the invitation of the churchwardens of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church “St. Martyr Georgi”.
During the visit, meetings were held with the Vali of Odrin Gyunay Yosdemir, the Rector of Trakya University in Edirne Prof. Erhan Tabakoglu and Father Aleksandar Chakarak from the Church “St. Martyr Georgi”.
At the meeting with the Rector of Trakya University in Edirne Prof. Erhan Tabakoglu, it was agreed upon that the bilateral relations would extend through the exchange of exhibitions and the realization of joint projects and events.
