Visit to Kiev

From 9 to 12 April 2013 NAA Rector Prof. Svetoslav Kokalov and Prof. Mitko Dinev, Head of International Relations, visited Kiev at the invitation of Dr. Rinat Salimov, Rector of the Kiev State Institute of Applied Arts and Design in the name of Mykhailo Boychuk. Prof. Kokalov and Prof. Dinev met with teachers and students of the institute, visited some of the studios and were acquainted with the academic program and the methodology of education. A bilateral agreement was signed for cooperation between the two institutions.
During the visit a meeting was also held at NAOMA (National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture of Ukraine) and another agreement for cooperation was signed with this prestigious Ukrainian educational institution in the field of arts.
The two agreements provide a framework for the exchange of exhibitions, visits of teachers, student exchange and other joint initiatives.
