BA artists in Children’s Environment have acquired knowledge, professional skills and creative ability for comprehensive organisation of children’s environment in that they are able of combining the artistic design of individual projects with systems of products related to the education, development, daily life, health, hygiene and leisure time of children. DCE artists are qualified to work in all aspects of this rather extensive artistic field, research and implementation, design of products, interior and exterior of houses, built architecture etc. They can also teach visual arts in secondary schools.
MA curricula cover interior and exterior in housing and built architecture such as kindergartens, schools, other kinds of children’s establishments, shops, theatres, patisseries, leisure time parks, mechanized-, kinetic-, park-, sports-, water- and medical facilities, facilities for disabled and socially vulnerable children, school accessories, objects of daily use etc. MA curriculum requires from the students aptitude for research on adolescent environment, designer abilities, as well as capability of translating the design into a product, or locating the finished product in real environment. The holders of MA degree ought to have perfected modern techniques for a communicative representation of the results of their work.
