The academic degree Bachelor in Poster and Visual Communication prepares artists in the theory and practice of poster art, print communication graphics and provides a solid base for development in all other contemporary and classic media. The necessary knowledge and skills are acquired through a specifically structured program of stage-by-stage qualitative development. The typical tasks cover a wide variety of visual advertising and applied graphic art. Besides poster, font and calligraphy, painting – disciplines taught throughout the whole studying, other disciplines like visual communication, screen graphics, web design, graphic techniques and visual imagination are widely applied.
